Chris has over 10 years of experience in the parking industry with direct operational experience in office buildings, mixed use projects, event management, hotels and surface lots. As a facility manager, he has coordinated and managed several equipment installations/upgrades, garage construction projects, and has been a huge asset in organizing and reconciling monthly parker aging issues that were left unattended by previous parking operators, resulting in thousands of dollars in uncovered revenue. Chris attended the University of Houston where he studied Business Management and in 2009, he achieved accreditation from the National Parking Association as a Certified Parking Professional.
