After nearly two decades in the public sector, Chely pivoted to the parking industry. In 2015, Chely was hired as a Facility Manager with Platinum Parking in 2017 and quickly moved up to a District Manager. She is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day success of each parking operation within the Museum/Medical center Area. Chely possesses strong client relationship skills with a thirst for exceeding client expectations and providing unmatched client support while improving operations. She is a phenomenal leader and builds a rock-solid team at every property she oversees.
Prior to joining Platinum Parking, Chely worked at a previous parking company for 2 years. She also worked for Harris County for over 20 years with a proven background in delivering excellent customer service.
Chely attended Sam Houston High School and Houston Community College. Training classes that Chely mastered include Customer Services Courses, and Management Courses to include: Effective, Efficient Delegation, Managing Conflict, Effective Problem Solving, Stepping up to Supervisor, Top-Dog Managerial, and Integration of Computer Technology and Business Skills in the workplace.
