Hector Torres

Hector brings a vast amount of administrative and operational expertise over a career spanning 40 years of service in the parking industry. Starting his parking career as a revenue auditor, Hector has worked in many front-line and management positions in the parking industry. Throughout his career in the parking industry, he’s worked in New Orleans, Southern Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. His responsibilities have included revenue enhancement strategies, marketing, Class A operations, and special events.

Hector oversees day-to-day operations at Trammell Crow and 2000 Ross Garage and oversees the AT&T Performing Arts Center.

Hector holds an Associate in Applied Science in Data from The City University of New York.
