Currently, Adela’s responsibilities consist of setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth, researching prospective accounts, pursuing leads, and then moving them through the sales cycle. The process includes developing proposals and providing them to prospective clients. Her favorite part of her new role is developing client relationships and attending industry events, and conferences. Her goal is to assist Platinum Parking with obtaining greater brand recognition and financial growth.

With more than 10 years of experience in the parking industry, she’s done everything from managing valet teams in the medical center, and the central business district, to the galleria area of Houston. Most of her experience is in class A  properties where she was responsible for managing a team, creating a culture of quality customer service, managing the daily financials, and creating an annual budget. Adela is passionate about marketing and ensuring lease provision compliance. She holds 20 years of experience specializing in customer service and customer satisfaction.

Adela has led volunteer campaigns to collect food donations for the Houston Food bank,  and she loves volunteering at various animal shelters.

She has completed both accounting and human resource development courses at Houston Community College.
