🌟 LOCATION SPOTLIGHT 🌟 We’re excited to announce that we were awarded the contract for 2000 McKinney! Located in the uptown area at 2000 McKinney Ave. in Dallas, Texas, this Class A office building, managed by JLL, features 1,288 parking spaces. We began discussions with JLL’s Senior General Manager over a year ago—and we were awarded the contract on November 1st of this year.
We will be managing the equipment and validations for all tenants, as well as adding the mobile app, Scan-to-Pay by Arrive along with our License Plate Recognition (LPR) vehicle to monitor payments. Congratulations to our Dallas team on this exciting new location!
