Platinum Parking Expands in New Orleans | 1515 and 1555 Poydras
Expanding our relationship with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to include the New Orleans market, we’re excited to announce the newest additions to our New Orleans portfolio, 1515 and 1555 Poydras Street. These JLL properties are Class A corporate office towers located directly across from the Ceasars Superdome and within walking distance of City Hall and the Civil District Court. This makes the two garages, with 483 and 492 spaces respectively, true multi-use facilities.
Platinum’s seasoned and tenured manager, James Womack, oversees these new properties focusing on parking access and revenue control system refresh, event revenue maximization, and personalized, on-site management. Platinum started on July 19 with Ghian Hernandez, Facility Manager, Jose Ponce, General Manager, and Paul Lindenberger, Regional Vice President, on-site to aid with transition and kickoff.
